The whole experience

Why focus on 'the holistic experience’ at your club or event?

Because it's just like when you invite people around to your place for a BBQ.

You don’t leave them on the doorstep or ignore them.

You invite them in, offer them something, (re)introduce them, making sure they are connected, comfortable and having fun.

We make sure they are involved, we do what they came for.

Ideally, they leave happy they came over, giving us all a few things to think and talk about the next day.

And don’t forget that before they came you gave them the info and some motivation to come over…

So, when we are setting up an event, a program, or a session, it’s important to consider the breadth and depth of experiences you can offer.

Welcoming, involving and connecting people.

To do more of something, to feel and belong more, and even to become more.

I call them ‘Experiences of Value’ – like an ‘experiential hierarchy of needs’. The functional support, the emotive, social and aspirational.

And by offering value from end to end, and on every 'level', we will make people feel good about coming and want to come back for more...
