A friend just asked my son to join a new club - it was a bit of a spark and away he went 🏃🏽♀️ 🏃🏽♂️😁

It's the moment that we call ‘the Trigger’ that leads people to get involved in your sport or event.
It may be the same for you.
Some 'thing' inspired you to sign up for an event, join a team or a club… a trigger that ignited your interest ⚡ .
So in terms of the influential moments of a pathway or journey with your sport or event, identifying and harnessing these triggers can be game-changers.
ALWAYS REMEMBER - THESE FIRST IMPRESSIONS MATTER.
We've always been told this, and the evidence supports it. Those moments that start someone’s journey into a new experience are pivotal.
The trigger is the starting point, and if we can ignite that aspiration we can watch our participation grow… 📈
So now recognising and nurturing these moments is crucial.
Friends, family, or a persuasive social media post.... 'the experience' will be at the source, and by strategically designing these 'trigger moments', we can attract more participants, for you.
